4 Tablespoons Water warm
1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Cups Bread Flour
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 3/4 Tablespoons Sugar
1 1/8 Teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast
Instructions
Use 1 Cup plus 4 Tablespoons warm (110 degree) water. Use 1-1/8 to 1-1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast. Note that most foil yeast packets have 2-1/4 to 2-1/2 teaspoons.
Carefully measure all ingredients into bread machine pan. Process on the basic / white bread cycle.
