1 Cup Mayonnaise
10 Each Basil Leaves, Chopped (use up to 15 Leaves)
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
2 Slices Bread (good Bread)
1 Each Heirloom or Israeli Tomato, Sliced
Instructions
Whisk together the mayonnaise, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the top of 2 slices of bread. Place the sliced tomato on top of one place top slice on, cut.
