Thai-style Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Asian Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Hot Chili Flakes
6 Cups Green or Red Cabbage, Finely Shredded
1/2 Cup Slivered Red Onion, Rinsed
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Cup Chopped Roasted, Salted Peanuts
Salt


 

Instructions
In a large bow, mix lime juice, fish sauce, 2 tablespoon water, the sugar and the chili flakes to taste. Stir in cabbage and onion.

Just before serving, stir in mint, cilantro, peanuts and salt to taste.
