Tex-Mex Pinto Beans

Ingredients

2 pounds Dry pinto beans
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
3 ea Jalapeno peppers,
10 ea Garlic cloves
2 ea Medium onions, chopped
3 tablespoons Chili powder
1 tablespoon Cumin
2 teaspoons Oregano


 

Instructions
Soak beans overnight, changing the water several times. Drain, then
mix all ingredients together, bring to a boil in a heavy pot. Once
boiling, turn to low and look all day.
