12 cups Popcorn popped
1/4 cup Butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
6 ounces Cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
Spread popcorn in jelly-roll pan; set aside. In 1 quart saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat; stir in chili powder. Drizzle over popcorn; stir to mix.
Sprinkle popcorn with cheese. Place oven rack in top position; heat broiler. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts. Toss immediately.
