2 pounds Chicken Breasts cut into bite sized pieces
1 ea Onion thinly sliced
1 ea Bell pepper seeded and cut into slices
3/4 cup Salsa chunky
2 packages Fajita Seasoning Mix
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
16 ea Flour tortillas
Instructions
Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place onions and bell pepper on top of the chicken. Mix the salsa, fajita seasoning mix and cayenne pepper, and pour over the chicken and onions. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours. Garnish with shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, guacamole, and/or sour cream.
