Sharla's Won Ton Salad

Ingredients

3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C
1 package Won-ton skins
1 package Rice Sticks
1 package green leaf lettuce
3 green onion


 

Instructions
Bring first five ingredents to boil for 1 minute, then cool. This is the Dressing.

Teriyaki Chicken. Cook until meat turns white, cook on med. heat til most of juices evaporates.

Won Ton Skins. Deep fry until golden brown. Rice Sticks. Get grease really hot and take small portions of rice sticks and place in grease (will puff up fast), turn over in grease and take out (Don't let it get brown) Break up lettuce and cut up green onions. Combine all and serve. Wonderful
