1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
1 tablespoon Ginger, fresh minced
2 ea Garlic cloves minced
3 ea Chicken breasts
1 Egg
1/4 cup Flour, all purpose
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
2 ea Margarine
1 tablespoon Salad oil
Instructions
Combine soy sauce, sugar, sherry, ginger (use 1/2 t if ground), garlic; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add chcken and marinade at least 2 hours.
Place shallow 10x15" baking pan in oven while it preheats to 500 degrees. In shallow bowl, beat egg with 2T of the marinade. Mix flour and sesame seeds on was paper. Lift chicken pieces from marinade, dip in egg mixture, then in sesame seed mixture, turning to coat. When pan is hot, addbutter and oil to pan. Add chicken pieces, turning to coat lightly. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes; turn chicken pieces and bake until fully cooked (another 3 to 5 minutes). NOTE: This would probably taste better if cooked at lower temperature for a longer time.
