Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef
1/3 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Saltine crackers, crushed
1 ea Egg white, beaten
2 tablespoons Milk
1 tablespoon Horseradish
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

GRAVY----------------------------
1 1/2 cups Brown beef gravy (12oz jar)
4 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons Water


 

Instructions
In a bowl, combine salisbury steak ingredients. Shape into oval
patties about 1/2" thick. Heat large skillet, cook 7-8 minutes,
turning once. Remove from skillet and keep warm. In the same skillet,
combine gravy ingredients and cook 3-5 minutes over medium heat until
mushrooms are tender. Serve over steak and mashed potatoes.
