1 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 large Eggs
1 3/4 cup Skim milk
1/2 cup Butter melted
2 cups Rolled Oats
2 tablespoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoon Brown sugar packed
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk and butter and then add to the flour mixture and stir until combined. The batter will be lumpy. Add remaining dry ingredients (oats, cinnamon and sugar) and mix until combined.
Coat grids of the wafle iron with oil. Pour 1 cup batter at a time into the grids and close the iron and bake 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown
