Molly Goldberg's Pot Roast

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
4 pounds Beef (brisket, round)
4 ea Onions, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced


 

Instructions
Combine salt, pepper, paprika. Rub into beef thoroughly. Heat dutch
oven or heavy saucepan. Brown meat well over medium heat on all
sides. Add onion and garlic; brown 10 minutes more. Cover and cook
over low heat for 2-1/2 hours more, adding water if needed.
