2 cans refried beans
1 can refried beans Jalapeno
1 can green chiles sliced
1 can jalapeno diced
2 each avocado mashed
4 ounces light cream cheese
4 ounces light sour cream
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/8 cup salsa
10 each green onions
2 cans ripe olives chopped
4 each tomatoes chopped
3 cups cheddar cheese Mexican, shredded
Instructions
Mix the three cans of refried beans together well, and spread on bottom of large dish. Mix green chilies and jalapenos and spread on top of refried beans. Make the next layer by whipping together the avocados, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic power and salsa, then spread on top. Finally, layer the chopped green onions, rip olives, tomatoes and cheese in that order.
Serve with corn chips.
