Katie's Slow Rot Chuck Roast

Ingredients

1 Chuck Roast
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1/4 cup Sherry or red wine
1 pk Onion soup mix


 

Instructions
Brown chuck roast (after cutting into serving-sized pieces). Add
remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 200
degree oven for 1 hour per pound.
