3 each chicken breast cubed
1 large onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
3 cans chicken broth
2 cans white beans
2 cans green chile
cumin
cilantro
oregano
Jack cheese shredded
Instructions
Cook chicken with chopped up onion and garlic in a large pan. Once the chicken is cooked, add all the rest of the ingredients, adding a palm's worth of oregano, a little less cilantro and even less cumin
Let simmer for about 40 minutes until it smells so good that you can't wait any longer. Garnish with jack cheese.
