Instructions
Adjust barbecue for indirect cooking. Rinse chicken, remove skin, pat dry. You can use 4 or 5 chicken breasts instead of the 12 drumsticks if you prefer. Set chicken on the grill, but not over direct heat, and cook for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine glaze in a small bowl. Turn chicken, cook for 5 minutes. Turn back, coat lwith glaze; cook five minutes; turn again, cover with glaze, cook for five minutes, cook until done.
