1 pound Polska Kielbasa
2 sheets Puff Pastry
1 ea Egg
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°. Cut the kielbasa into six 4" pieces; cut the puff pastry sheets into thirds; roll each piece of kielbasa in puff pastry (slightly on the diagonal so that you can later cover the ends) and place on a baking sheet.
Beat the egg in a small dish and brush generously over the pastry. Bake until the pastry is golden brown and puffed, about 20 minutes. Serve with honey mustard, barbeque sauce or even jam
