3 Tablespoons buttermilk, dried
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup rye flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
Instructions
Place room temperature ingredients in bread machine in order listed. Select basic setting and medium crust.
Alternatively, prepare bread traditionally, kneading until smooth and elastic. Rise 40 minutes, then form into a round loaf and place on greased baking sheet. Bake 375° oven 35 to 40 minutes. If necessary, cover l lightly with foil to prevent over-browning.
