1 Each Hass Avocado
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Chopped Red Onion
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 Tablespoon Cilantro Leaves, Finely Chopped
1 Teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Mash avocado, add all other ingredients and mix together until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover surfact of guacamole with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
