6 each chicken breast halves without skin
6 slices ham
6 slices swiss cheese
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cheddar cheese grated
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Cut each breast in half and pound until thin. Place ham slice and cheese slice on each piece of chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken rolls into mixture of flour, cheese, sage and pepper. Chill chicken for 1 hour. Put into crockpot with soup, bake on low
