2 ea Chicken breasts
1 1/2 teaspoons MSG
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 cup Salad oil
2 ea Frozen asparagus, 10 oz. pkg
1 ea Cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Curry powder
1 cup Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Sprinkle chicken w/ pepper and MSG. Pour corn oil into 10" frying pan and saute chicken until white. Remove and drain chicken. Cook and drain asparagus. Line 9x9" baking pan with asparagus. Put chicken on top. Mix together condensed soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Cover and bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
