3/4 cup Oat bran
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 ea Banana, very ripe, sliced
1 ea Egg
1 cup Skim milk
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 tablespoon Canola oil
Instructions
Combine bran, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. In a blender, mix remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just combined, do not overmix. Spray cold frying pan with Pam and then heat to medium. Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons of batter on the hot griddle for each pancake.
