Beef and Snow Peas

Ingredients

1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Sherry, dry
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 pound Flank steak thinly sliced
3 tablespoons Salad oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 pound Snow peas


 

Instructions
Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry and sugar in bowl. Add meat,
stirring to coat with marinade. Set aside.

Heat 2 T oil in wok; add salt and cook snow peas. Remove to platter.

Stir fry the meat 3 minutes; return snow peas to wok and heat.
