1 20 Pound Beef Tenderloin
1/2 Cup Red Wine
1/2 Cup Oil
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
3 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
Fresh Ground Pepper
Seasoned Salt
Instructions
Trim off grizzle and fat. Marinate 5 hours with the mixture of red wine, oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper and seasoned salt.
Cook on grill for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until the doneness you want.
