1 3/4 pound Ground beef
1 medium Onion chopped
2 ribs Celery cut
1 ea Bell pepper
1 large Egg beaten
1 cup Bread crumbs
2 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 cup Barbecue sauce
1/2 cup Salsa
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°. Put onion and celery and bell peppers (seeded) into food processor and add to ground beef. Add egg, a litle milk, bread crumbs and Montreal Steak seasoning to the bowl. Mix together smoky BBQ sauce, salsa and Worchestershire sauce. Add half of these liquid ingredients to the meatloaf mix and mix together with hands. Put into meat loaf pan (or to be cute, put into muffin tin). Top with remaining liquid ingredients. If cooked in muffin tins, takes about 20 minutes. Meat loaf pan will probably take longer.
