Banana Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients

1/4 cup Water
1 ea Egg
2 tablespoons Oil
2 ea Bananas
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
4 tablespoons Powdered buttermilk
1 cup Instant oatmeal
2 1/2 cups Bread flour
1 tablespoon Yeast


 

Instructions
 Mash the bananas, put remaining ingredients in bread machine and run
on the regular, white bread, cycle.
