Asian Beef-Noodle Salad

Ingredients

1 package Bean Threads 3.75 ounce package
8 ounces Beef roast Deli, cut into strips
1 cup snow peas Cut into strips
1/2 cup carrot julienned
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 Tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons chili paste
1/2 Teaspoon ginger root ground
6 cups spinach leaf torn
1/4 cup cilantro chopped


 

Instructions
Cover noodles with boiling water in a bowl. Let stand 15 minutes or until tender; drain

Combine beef, snow peas and carrot in a bowl. Combine the teriyaki sauce and the next four ingredients and pour over the beef mixture. Microwave at high for 2 minutes until heated. Add noodles, toss well. Serve over spinach, sprinkle with cilantro.
