Ahi Tuna and Salad

Ingredients

6 Ounces Tuna Steak
2 Teaspoons Five-spice Powder
1 Teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
5 Ounces Salad Greens
2 Each Radish sliced
1/4 Each Cucumber thinly sliced
1/2 Teaspoon Wasabi
1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil


 

Instructions
Coat the ahi tuna steak with a combination of five-spice powder and grill seasoning or salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan or griddle over high heat. Spray grill surface with oil. Add the tuna steak to the hot surface and sear 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.

Combine greens, radishes and cucumber in a bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk wasabi paste, vinegar and soy sauce Whisk in the olive oil to combine dressing.

Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. Slice tuna on an angle and arrange on the salad.
